Clean team members will report safety issues such as defective overhead lights, traffic lights, cross walk lights, broken sidewalks, defective water sources, clogged sewers, and damaged public property such as benches, bus shelters and artwork and trash receptacles. This information will be passed on to the Operations manager who will notify the proper authority. These issues and responces will be documented in the Managers report.

• Landscaping, irrigation systems, snow removal and painting services are also available. In order to successfully provide these services more detailed training and special equipment must be installed into the program.


• The clean team will also act as the eyes and ears for the police by reporting suspicious activity. The clean team will also serve as ambassadors while providing their maintenance service by offering a smile, meeting and greeting pedestrians and answering information requests.

 

• ACS is committed to excellence. Excellence is achieved by effective communication, attitude, training, execution, reporting, staffing and consistency.


• Our Managers are can do will do individuals. If there is a specialty request outside the scope of work, our Operations Management Team will do everything in our powers to satisfy the request. Should the request exceed our capabilities, we will research options and present a solution. Our intentions are not to inundate you with extra billing but to get the job done.


• Each day brings a new challenge to the outdoor cleaning are. In order to keep ahead of the curve, our Operation Management Team must continually evaluate our Operations and make the necessary changes / adjustment to continually enhance the downtown. What was good today will not be good enough tomorrow. It is of our opinion that there is never an achievable plateau where we can sit back and rest. There is always something to approve on. The success of this philosophy is to teach on site management to continually enhance our program.


• No two downtown's are the same, therefore downtown programs must be customized to meet the objectives of their district. Traffic patterns, pedestrian traffic, bus stops, schools, arenas, restaurants, bars, parks, parking facilities, office buildings, residential buildings and weather are a few of the factors that must be taken into consideration when developing a program. ACS prides itself on our customization process. All programs receive training, training manuals, equipment and routes customized for your downtown.


• Partnering takes two, us and you. We need to become one in our desire to make the downtown the absolute greatest experience for all who visits, works and lives downtown. We are interested in servicing your district however if we do not establish a clear line of communication and trust. We understand that we will be your largest vendor. Should we fail neither entity will be happy. This is why we need to produce effective district visits as a partner in the community, it is our intentions to set aside a portion of our profits to support a local entity. Just what this entity will be we are unsure. Our intentions are to enhance a park, a school yard, add benches or enhance the landscape of a particular intersection. We will look to the districts for input as to our choices. We feel it necessary to support the district that supports ACS.


• We invest a lot of time and training into these programs. It is in our best interest to ensure a long lasting relationship not just a great honeymoon. We will make it very difficult to look elsewhere for another service provider.
